Ronald McDonald House Charities provides sick children what they need most… their families. The Adopt-A-Room sponsors play a critical role in supporting children’s health, keeping families together, and eliminating parents’ stress about the expense and burden of securing lodging and meals during their child’s hospitalization or treatment.
By adopting a room at the Ronald McDonald House for one year, you help underwrite the cost of family stays so they can focus on what is most important – their child’s healing. You, your company, or your organization will be the exclusive room sponsor for a room at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Marshfield at 803 W North Street, Marshfield, WI 54449. Every year, more than 400 families call our Ronald McDonald House their home while their child is receiving medical treatment at Marshfield Children’s Hospital and Marshfield Clinic. Please consider taking part in our program and “Adopt-A-Room” at our House to give the gift of hope, joy, and togetherness to our families.

Benefits of an Adopt-A-Room Partnership:
*12 months from the beginning date of sponsorship
- Prominent signage outside a room, which will be viewed by hundreds of individuals each year who stay or tour the House.
- Partnership branding – inclusion of company memorabilia and artwork inside the room (subject to RMHC approval).
- A plaque of recognition to display at your home, office, or business.
- Recognition in our newsletters, annual report, and on the RMHC-Marshfield.org website with a link to your website.
- Donor spotlight featured on social media channels.
- Welcome letter and/or company spotlight in the room’s Welcome Book (specific to guest room sponsorship).
- An invitation to attend a special donor appreciation reception at the House.
- First right of annual renewal.
