Open Season on Cancer

Benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Marshfield

Open Season on Cancer was a labor of love for founder Tom Christensen. Before his passing in 2018, Tom dedicated time and resources to creating a program that would benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Marshfield and the families served. His friends and co-workers carry on his legacy at Cost Cutters and Kevin “Krauty” Krautkramer continues the work Tom began.

Since its inception, Open Season on Cancer has raised more than $78,000 for families with hospitalized children, allowing their stay to be completely free, no matter the length or diagnosis.

Special thanks to Cost Cutters for their time and effort in coordinating this program!
